Reserve half a lamb for the current season.

Once you reserve your lamb by making your deposit, you are placed on a customer list and will be notified when your lamb has a locker date scheduled. The next step is to complete the appropriate locker cut sheet (tabs at top of website). If it is your first time completing an Innovative lamb cut sheet, it is best to call Innovative Foods at 970.330.8400. More information about cutting is available online


Lambs are born in April and harvested year end or early the following year. Following harvest, you will be notified by the locker to pick up your lamb meat. At this time you will pay the locker fee. Prairie Natural Lamb will invoice you for the balance due, based on the carcass weight of the lamb.   • No returns or refunds unless we are in error, or for the very unusual occurrence that a lamb dies and there is not a replacement option.

  • Customers MUST be able to pick up their meat and pay their locker fee at our processor Innovative Foods in Evans, CO (south of Greeley).
